Every item is custom printed just for you, so please allow 15-21 business days for goods to arrive. Delivery times can vary during peak periods or due to customs delays, but we'll always make sure you have a tracking number so you can keep an eye on things. Why do you custom print each order?+
Every piece is printed the moment you order it. No overproduction, no unsold stock, no landfill. The traditional fashion industry massively overproduces, and most of it ends up as waste. We do the opposite. Print on demand means we only make what's actually wanted, which is better for the planet and means you get a fresher, higher quality print every time. It also means we can't accept returns for change of mind, so please double check your size before ordering.
Can I return or exchange?+
Because each item is printed to order, we can't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before you buy. If you're between sizes, we'd suggest going up for a more relaxed fit.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a print defect, we'll sort you out with a replacement straight away. Just email us at hello@1000hives.com.au with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll get it fixed as quickly as possible.

These hives are professionally maintained, treated against varroa mite, and placed where farmers need pollination most. You're not just buying a embroidery. You're funding a hive, supporting a farmer, and helping keep bees where they're needed.
